How Acupuncture Works!

Though the modern medical acupuncture is still an area that science is learning more about, the Journal of the American Medical Association says that, "the evidence now available, however, is sufficient to place this age-old Chinese healing art, modernized to US standards, on a solid scientific base."

The key questions are these : How does it work?  Is it truly  'scientific, ' or is it a case of  'mind over matter '?  Could it even be connected with spiritism?
